Kim Kardashian finally told the story of being robbed in her Paris
hotel room last October on Sunday's episode of "Keeping Up with the
Kardashians."
And in the dramatic account she revealed to her sisters Khloe and Kourtney and E! cameras, Kim admitted she expected to be raped by the robbers.
The reality TV star said during her ordeal she thought, "They're going to rape me -- and I fully mentally prepped myself." It turned out they were just after Kim's jewels—and any other loot they could get their hands on—but she didn't know that at the time.
As Khloe and Kourtney listened, Kim recalled that she was lying in bed in her Paris suite on the evening of October 3 thinking that she should get up and wash her face but she was too tired to do so.
The sisters were in Paris to attend Fashion Week events, and while Kourtney and their other sister, catwalk model Kendall, were partying at a club, Kim rested.
"And then ten minutes later I was dozing, dozing and I heard pounding up the stairs," the 36-year-old beauty said on "KUWTK."
Kim told sister Kourtney that she thought she was returning from the club, but when she called out "hello," there was no answer." My heart started to get really tense," Kim remembered. "I knew something wasn't quite right." Suddenly, she saw that her hotel room door was open and observed two guys holding another man captive right outside of her door.
"So I slid off my bed and picked up my phone and I'm like, I don't know how to call 911 in a foreign country," Kim said, so she phoned her bodyguard, who had accompanied Kourtney and Kendall to the club.
But one of the robbers came in, grabbed Kim's phone, and threw her on the bed.
She realized the man who had been restrained was the hotel concierge, who had been handcuffed by the robbers and forced to comply.
From talking to him afterwards, Kim said they asked him, "Where's the rapper's wife? Let us up to her room." The concierge wound up being the interpreter between Kim and the criminals. They asked for Kim's $4 million dollar diamond engagement ring from West, 39, and she told them through the concierge, "It's on the table."
While she was being tied up, Kim frantically asked the concierge, "I'm like, 'Are we going to die? Are they going to kill us?' I was just like crying, 'Tell them I have babies.'"
Kim and singer Kanye raise daughter North, 3, and son Saint, 1.
On the special "KUWTK" Sunday episode, Kim said the men, who reportedly stole $10 million in jewels, also asked for money, but she told them she didn't have any, and then they dragged her into the hallway at the top of a staircase.
"That's when I saw the gun clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun, looking back down at the stairs. I was like, I have a split second in my mind to make this quick decision, am I going to run down the stairs and be shot in the back?" she sobbed to the cameras.
As Kourtney and Khloe listened, Kim said she considered making a run for it, but realized, "If the elevator does not open in time or the stairs are locked, I'm f*cked. There's no way out."
It was then that Kim feared the robbers would sexually violate her as well.
She recalled about one of the men, "He duct tapes my face--I think my mouth--to get me to not yell anything and then he grabs my legs and I had no clothes on under [my robe] so he pulled me towards him at like the front of the bed and I thought, 'Okay, this is the moment they're going to rape me,' and I fully mentally prepped myself -- and then he didn't.
"And he duct-taped my legs together and then they had the gun up to me and I just like knew that was the moment they're just totally going to shoot me in the head."
She visualized her sister Kourtney finding her "dead body on the bed," convinced she wouldn't make it out of the robbery alive.
Instead, however, the men placed Kim in the bathroom of her suite and ran away.
In the aftermath of the scary incident, West was shown on camera horrified that his wife had been in danger.
Although some suspects have been arrested over the heist in Paris, Kim's robbery is still being investigated.
