The two-time Oscar nominated actor, 63, praised Olivia, 68, as an
"incredible human being" as he urged fans to send her their love and
healing thoughts. John, who first met the Olivia when they played
iconic lovers Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsson in 1978 musical film Grease,
said: "Olivia has always been an incredible human being and an
inspiration to millions of people.
"If we all put our intentions for her to get through this — I know her so well —she will feel it, and it will support her. We love her and she loves us," he added to People magazine.
Blonde Olivia was previously treated for breast cancer back in the 1990s and has devoted herself to helping others suffering with it ever since.
