The pair, who tied the knot back in 2014, have welcomed a baby boy and a baby girl into their lives.
They have chosen to name their new additions Ella and Alexander Clooney.
A rep for the Ocean’s Eleven actor told People magazine: "This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives. "Ella, Alexander and Amal are all healthy, happy and doing fine."
They jokingly added: "George is sedated and should recover in a few days."
