Snoop Dogg is taking it to chuuch. Still sizzling off the release of his new album Neva Left, Tha Doggfather has announced that his 16th album will have a gospel theme. Speaking with Dr. Dre’s “The Pharmacy” program on Beats 1,
the hip-hop OG explained why he feels the need to make a gospel album
now.
“I’m working on a gospel album,” said Snoop. “It’s always been on my heart. I just never got around to it because I always be doing gangsta business or doing this or doing that. I just felt like it’s been on my heart too long. I need to do it now.”
