Lamar Odom has revealed he wants to win back his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian, just weeks after their divorce.
Khloe and Lamar split for good in 2013 and their divorce was finalized on Dec. 17, 2016.
Despite this, Lamar hasn’t lost hope that 32-year-old Khloe might take him back.
Speaking to “The Doctors” host Travis Stork, Lamar was asked what he wanted from his future and he replied, “Honestly? I want my wife back.”
It’s unlikely Lamar will get his wish, as Khloe is currently dating Tristan Thompson and recently revealed she was the happiest she’s been in a long time. In a lengthy post on her website, Khloe wrote: “At this moment, a few days into 2017, I feel incredibly clear and probably the happiest I’ve been in years.” Thirty-two-year-old Khloe even went as far as telling James Corden earlier this week that they’re using the ‘L’ word – so sadly for Lamar, he may have missed his opportunity this time around.
Coincidentally, the feisty reality star has recently launched a new show called Revenge Body – all about getting fit in order to spite those who’ve wronged you in the past. Bizarre concept though it may be, judging by Lamar’s very open pining, Khloe may really be on to something…
The couple had a trouble marriage – with the scenes often playing on their reality show.
When Lamar, 36, took a suspected drug overdose in a Las Vegas brothel in late 2015 however, Khloe rushed to his side. She also spent time helping to nurse him back to health, reportedly paying his fees and putting him up in a house close to her home in Calabassas. Khloe made sure their divorce was pushed through however, heading to court seven months after Lamar was hospitalized.
In a previous interview, Khloe opened up about their marital issues –
accusing Lamar of cheating on her throughout their marriage.
She told Howard Stern last year: “He was so good. Nothing was on his cellphones.”
“He had an assistant, so they were all on his assistant’s phone. He was really crafty.”
“It’s disgusting! All of these rumors were coming out in the weeklies … and I was like, ‘Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.’”
“Something has to be right here … I was pissed and he was pissed.”
